I'd like to comment on the outstanding service that we received last Thursday. We've moved several times over the past 5-7 years both locally and long distance and this by far was the best experience that we have had. The team was on-time, courteous, and professional. I have nothing but outstanding comments and feedback regarding the entire arrangement. I would highly recommend your service to anyone and if needed would absolutely use Country Club again.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for the tremendous job you did in moving me to my new home on April 2, 2011. Your team was professional, fast, friendly, courteous and thorough throughout the move. They worked well as a team, kept moving efficiently, made sure everything was protected and were as careful with my furniture as I would have been myself. And your prices were better than any other quotes I got for the same job.
I have hired two other local moving companies in the past on different occasions, and was more than a little disappointed by each of them. Both took frequent "breaks" during the job for which I paid for their time. One caused some damage that took 2 written requests and a physical visit to get resolved, even though the movers acknowledged (in writing) the damage on the day it was created. Both "padded" their final billing with undisclosed charges they never mentioned in their quotes.
I knew as soon as your team got started, that I wasn't going to have a similar experience. Your GENTLEMEN introduced themselves upon arrival, answered questions, and then got to work. They didn't stop moving until everything was done. We were so pleased with their work ethic that we bought them lunch, albeit fast food, for which they thanked us at least twice each.
We felt safe with them and knew that our possessions were in good hands. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for the foreseeable future!

Thank you for handling my move from Memphis to Brentwood. You are fortunate to have such fine young men working for you. Josh and Patrick were very good in packing and unloading. The other two packers were very good as well.

Dear Mr. Van Dyke,
On July 20 we used your company to move us from Cordova to our new home at 8427 Wood Briar, Germantown. I am glad to report that the four men worked harmoniously, fast and very efficiently. I noticed that they were very well coordinated, sometimes working as one group, sometimes in teams of 2/2 or 3/1. It was a very hot day but they also had a very good sense of humor. Everything was placed in the appropriate place and without any damage. I understand why the BBB rates your company with an A+. Thank you.

I write to commend your son and his colleague, Josh, for the excellent service they provided to us last week in moving my daughter. They each worked non-stop and were careful, but I especially appreciated their good people skills.

I just wanted to let you know that the two movers, Cliften and Paul,
were excellent. They worked efficiently but were also very careful with
all the items. We had several family heirlooms from the early 1900s and
they were moved without one scratch. Paul and Cliften were also very
cooperative and professional in every way.
This was our third furniture move using your company and if we move
locally, we will certainly call on you again.
